My new cute Acer notebook

I got this new mini notebook for only $635 and I’ll get $99 cash back from Acer, making the purchase price only $536. I love this cute little thing.

Its so small it fits into my bag. Hopefully my mum and dad have a wi-fi modem at their place so that I can answer emails while I am there over Christmas. Only thing that frustrates me about it is that its got Office 07 on it – how inconvenient! I can’t figure out where the menus are. It took me a couple of minutes just to figure out how to change the format of a cell in Excel. I’ll have to go hunting for the Office 97 CD (which will be like finding a needle in a haystack around here at the moment).
